| Main Factory is complete with production facilities |
| for every standard screws and for special screws |
| requested by our customers. |
| Equipped also with various kinds of testing |
| instruments, we can meet our customers’ requests and |
| inquiries about quality and function of screws. And |
| this enables us to develop special screws for special |
| requirements and for better function. |
| We also carry out our duties as the center of technology |
| and quality control for our subsidiary factories and for |
| our overseas factories. |
| By use of Screw Sorters, which are electronically |
| controlled, all screws are severely tested and |
| inspected prior to shipment to our customers. |
| By use of Torque Analyzer, various tests are carried |
| out for our technical development and for our |
| customers’ request. |
| All drawings in our factory are controlled by CAD |
| (Computer Aided Design). |
| Any revisions of specifications are also under CAD |
| control. Being interlocked with QC PRO (Quality |
| Control Program), CAD can be used for recording |
| inspection results and for tracing of production processes |
| from material to shipment. |
