ZEC-Coat is a perfectly chromium-free corrosion inhibitive coating,
and when it is applied upon a galvanized steel parts having a sacrificial
corrosion inhibitive effect, it remarkably improves the corrosion inhibitive
performance.

3 Salt spray test results (in compliance with JIS-Z2371): 250 hours and above
until white rusting, and 1,500 hours amd above until red rusting.
(galvanizing conditions must be selected)

5 Friction coefficient: nearly equivalent to colored chromate treated surface
6 Waste water treatment is unnecessary due to the chromium-free treatment
7 Adhesiveness: very good
8 Heat resistibility: 230℃
